Majority of them have scientific and pedagogic degrees, permanently improve and extend their knowledge in various courses and seminars in Lithuania and abroad. Most of our employees also lecture in Lithuanian universities. Few of them before have worked as experts, heads of departments in Lithuanian expertise institutions.
